Hi Endians

As of 27 October 2011, Endian have released a set of updates for version 2.4 on the Endian Network.

The following list of changes are for general publication.

- Add option to allow multiple logins per user.

- Add option to define a custom maximum message-size.

* Antivirus

- Update clamav to version 0.97.

- Update havp to version 0.92a.

== BUGFIXES ==

* Networking

- Fixed sorting of NICs in the netwizard on hardware appliances which have more than 10 network interfaces.

- Before setting up an uplink, make sure old routes are removed, which sometimes are left over from closed ipsec connections.

* SMS Notifications

- Fix GUI which was inaccessible.

* QoS

- Fix editing of QoS classes which selected always GREEN interface in some circumstances.

* SMTP Proxy

- Fix banned files, whose configuration was created in a manner which never applied.

* HTTP Proxy

- Fix proxy.pac file which in some situations did not work.

* Hotspot

- Performance improvements of GUI.

- Make manual logouts more robust by giving feedback when it did not work.

- When accessing hotspot settings page, read values from database in a more efficient way to avoid timeouts for other queries to the database which could lead to accounting inconsistencies.

- Logout user when window is closed.

- Improved performance when logging in with IE8

- Fix a bug in the user form which resulted in users being deleted.

- Fix batch creation of accounts with pre-associated tickets.

- Check for duplicate usernames in a case-insensitive way.

- Add value validation for bandwidth limit values.

- API: Set bandwidth values to 0 if not set in order to be backwards compatible.

- ASA: Send Megabyte values instead of bytes.

- ASA: Guests with checked Internet flag can surf now and prepaid and free postpaid tickets can be added to such users.

- ASA: Send only accounting entries of external accounts.

- ASA: Add an option which allows non-free post paid tickets assigned to users which are not yet checked in through ASA.

- Make sure IE does not switch to compatibility-mode as this messes up the login portal in IE8 and IE9.

- Convert unset values (None) to empty values when exporting accounts.

- Portal text is now displayed in selected language.

- SmartConnect does not show progress icons anymore when there was an error on first step.

- Correct error message is now shown when authentication fails but terms of service were checked.

- Fix some strings which were not translated.
