Hi Endians

As of the 6 December 2011, Endian have released a set of updates for version 2.4-arm on Endian Network. The following list of changes are for general publication.

- Add an option to allow non-free post paid tickets to not checked-in users on ASA

* Hotspot

- Fix to prevent radius connection timeout on first connection

- Fix problems with IE8, IE7 and IE6

- Now smart connect thumbs are not shown if an error occurs on first step

- Now the correct error message is shown if authentication fails and terms of service where checked

- Now all language and settings strings are UTF-8 encoded
