- QoS implicitly creates classification rules also for the connection response
- Eliminated 20 IP addresses limit per NIC when in HA mode (#2735)

* Proxies
- Greylisting whitelists are handled correctly (#2684) - Manual SPAM white- and blacklists work again (#2684)
- HAVP black-, whitelist files are created if not existing (#2404, #2419, #2393, #2397, #2435) * Hotspot
- Made hotspot default templates brandable - Errors and messages are shown again (#2620) - ISO-8859-1 encoded account csv's can be imported too (#2311)
- Hotspot login is per default non ssl (#2743) - When deleting a ticket rate no error is shown (#2745)
- User is logged out when closing the browser window (#2713) - Improved message strings (#2082)

* Backup system
- Log also when backup is created successfully (#2615)
- Remove GUI notification screen when backup script exits unexpectedly (#2616)
- Prevent backup script from crashing in some circumstances (#2544)

* Internals
- EMI is now running on port 3131 accessible only from localhost (#2712)
- Auto-reload EMI menu structure if menu registry changed (#2649)
- Modularized netwizard - Modularized interface editor
- Fix modem-drivers dependencies introducing a meta-package
